Empowerment Workshops for Corporate Training
Weekend or 2 day workshop – $300 per person
Workshop and 6 private Skype or Coaching Calls: $480
Staff or corporate members can sign up for a coaching call after the workshop is over to continue the mentorship and guidance on a personal level. These can usually be done by skype to service clients overseas or outside of the Lower Mainland in BC.
Course Content:
Freedom: What does that mean to you and how would it change your life if you had it?
Power: Taking back your personal power and closing the energy leaks in your life
Control: Self control, as this is the only thing you really have. Learn how to use it to enhance your life.
Boundaries: What boundaries do you have for yourself and others? How would it change your life if these were in place?
Community: Learn to connect with people in a more authentic way and become part of a community of like minded people. Learn to use discernment, not judgement – to assess the impact of people in your life.
Living in the NOW: We all want to be somewhere else much of the time. How would it change your life to really live in the PRESENT?

This workshop helps to address stress in the work place and in your personal life using the Wisdom of the Horse – taking back and walking in your power, going on journeys, and a sense of community and oneness. We can use this wisdom to reconnect ourselves to nature, find inner peace and gain confidence, and tune in to our Intuition. Such is the gift from the Herd and I look forward to sharing this with you!.
